About Me

I am a qualified Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist working with both individuals and couples. I specialise in working relationally: supporting people to develop a deeper understanding of the ways they relate to themselves, to others, and to the world around them.

Experience

For the past 13 years I’ve worked in a range of mental health & wellbeing settings. Alongside private practice, I’ve worked in community counselling services, LGBTQ+ therapeutic services, universities, adult mental health services, secondary schools, and support services for asylum seekers and refugees. This experience has allowed me to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, identities and life experiences.

Approach

My aim is to offer a space where experiences, relationships, thoughts and emotions can be explored with curiosity, care and without judgement. Rather than focusing on quick solutions, I offer an opportunity to reflect on patterns, make sense of emotional experiences, and, over time, develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the choices available to you.
